Product Specialist / Helpdesk role for a software product, that is in the E-Commerce and Order Automation space.
We are looking for someone, to assist our customers, when signing up for our products or to help existing customers when they request information, help, or demonstrations. This individual will be trained on our platforms, and will eat, sleep and breath the product. No Software development skills are required, this is a peoples persons job. This selected candidate will also be responsible for building, and maintaining our knowledge base.
